All tips given at the FCOC Bar are donated to a local Non-Profit. This year the beneficiary is the Fremont Chamber of Commerce Dollars for Scholars Program. Dollars for Scholars is a scholarship program established by the Chamber through Scholarship America. This program is designed to help graduating seniors pursue their dreams and achieve a better way of life through enhanced educational opportunities provided by scholarships.

Grandpa Sam was a cook for the 442nd infantry in World War II, and under his watch the toffee recipe was refined.
